活動辦法
凡於活動期間(04/11/2008-07/11/2008)，至北加州任何一家大華超級市場，即可在服務台免費索取摸彩券。本次活動無須購物即可參加抽獎或贏取獎品。每位顧客每天限領壹張摸彩券，摸彩券必須填寫完整，並投入店內摸彩箱中，資料填寫不齊全者無效。大華超級市場員工不會為參加抽獎者填寫或投入摸彩券。摸彩券必須於抽獎活動期間(04/11/2008-07/11/2008)之營業時間內，投入指定摸彩箱內，不在此期間投入者視為無效。只接受原版摸彩券，不接受影印或其他方式複製之版本。本公司不負責遺失、損壞、不清楚、失竊或不完整的摸彩券。所有參加抽獎的摸彩券均成為本公司財產，恕不退還。參加抽獎者並不因同時訂貨或購買而增加額外的中獎機會，中獎機會以參加抽獎人數而定。

參加活動者資格
參加者須為年滿18歲的加州居民。大華超級市場及相關企業員工不得參加。

參加者之限制
抽獎活動於7/13/2008舉行。抽獎活動以隨機方式抽出各獎項得獎人，參加抽獎者須無條件同意遵守抽獎活動的所有規定，否則將取消參加資格。所有中獎的摸彩券將會被取出 ，不再放回摸彩箱中。每位參加者只可贏取獎品壹份。已獲獎的幸運兒 ，將被取消贏取其它獎品的資格。中獎人名單將會公告於北加州各大華超級市場分店。大華超級市場保留取消違反抽獎規則者參加抽獎的權利。

領獎規則
中獎人必須出示有效加州駕駛執照、有效加州居民身份證、或其他政府承認之法定附有照片的文件，並與摸彩券上所有資料相同才可領獎。獲獎者必須在08/31/2008以前領取獎項，逾期者視同自動放棄。不可將獎品折換現金或更換獎品。汽車中獎人需負擔牌照稅、貨物稅、所得稅及自行向車管局註冊。汽車獎項需要最少45天交收。凡獲取獎品單價超過$600以上者，需在領獎時填寫納稅人社會安全號碼表格(W-9)。大華超級市場恕不負責所有獎項之故障、售後服務、維修及其它相關事宜，獲獎者需與獎項贊助商或製造商 自行聯絡。

一般規則
大華超級市場有權使用中獎人的姓名，照片及其肖像權，其中獎事實及其他相關資料供作本超市廣告促銷之用。中獎人不得要求額外費用或補償。廣告印刷若有錯誤， 大華超級市場有保留訂正之權利。圖片僅供參考之用。抽獎規則及內容，均以英文版本作準。

HOW TO ENTER
During the sweepstake period (04/11/2008-07/11/2008), entry tickets can be obtained on request and free of charge at the customer service counter at any of the 99 Ranch Market stores in Northern California. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Limit one entry per customer per day. The entry ticket must be filled out completely and deposited in the specific sweepstake boxes during the sweepstake period. Incomplete entries will be voided. Employees of 99 Ranch Market will not provide assistance to fill out or deposit the entry ticket for any participant. The sweepstake begins on 04/11/2008 and ends on 07/11/2008. The entries for sweepstake must be deposited into the specific boxes during the business hours of the above-specified period to be eligible for the drawing. Only original official entry tickets are valid. Photo copies or otherwise reproduced tickets are not acceptable. 99 Ranch Market is not responsible for lost, damaged, unintelligible, stolen or incomplete entries. All entries are considered the property of 99 Ranch Market and can not be returned. Sweepstake entries that are accompanied by an order for goods or a purchase will not place the entrant at an advantage or make them eligible for additional chances or prizes. Chances of winning depend on the number of entries received.

ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be California residents, and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of 99 Ranch Market or its affiliates are not eligible.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The sweepstake drawing will be conducted on 7/13/2008. The winning entries would be drawn randomly. All participants must unconditionally agree to the official rules. Participants in violation of the rules will be disqualified.?Once a winning entry is drawn, the entry will not be put back to the box for any further drawings. Each Participant is entitled to win one prize only. If multiple winning entries belong to any Individual, all such subsequent entries will be disqualified. 99 Ranch Market reserves the right to disqualify any participant not complying with the rules.

TO CLAIM PRIZES
The Prize winners must present valid California driverˇs license, California resident ID, or other legal photo IDs recognized by the government. The information on the ID must match the ones on the winning entry ticket. The prizes of the sweepstake drawing must be claimed before 08/31/2008. Prizes not claimed before the above date are considered as voluntarily relinquished. No substitution or exchange for cash values is permitted. Winners of automobiles are responsible for all associate vehicle licenses fees, sales taxes and income taxes, and must register with DMV themselves. Winners of automobiles should allow at least 45 days for car delivery. Winners of prizes that value more than $600 must fill out a W-9 form with their SNN information. 99 Ranch Market is not responsible for any services, maintenances, malfunction, liabilities and responsibilities that are associated with the prizes. It is solely prize winnersˇresponsibility to contact the original manufacturer or prize sponsors themselves.
